Thank you so much for choosing Team Roofing Northwest, LLC to complete your next project. We look forward to working with you and I wanted to provide a list of frequently asked questions:
Right after your job project is approved someone from our Administration department should have already tried to reach out to you. Their job is to introduce themselves to you and walk you thru the entire process and answer any questions you may have at this point. Next, we will order Eagleview imagery of your home so we can begin the process of ordering materials. If your job involves Windows, siding our lead Installer will call you to schedule a critical measure. On siding jobs, we will also have the sales representative onsite to review all the information for accuracy. For your convenience. Jake our production manager can be reached at 253-293-9407. At any given time, we have roughly 20 to 25 projects occurring.
Depending on the time of year and weather we can get backed up or have delays. We will try our best to keep you informed through phone calls or email if you prefer. Roofing projects usually last about 6 to 8 weeks. Windows installations usually take 12 to 14 weeks. Siding jobs usually take 13 to 14 weeks. Materials besides custom usually take 10-15 days to order. On rare occasions material, can be damaged during shipping or installation, which could delay your project. Of course, if this occurs, we will replace or if necessary, re-order the item and inform you immediately.
Our Production Manager, Al is one step ahead, to make sure that your job is staying on schedule throughout the project. If major construction has been performed on your home in the past, you will have some idea of what to expect as we will be removing and installing products which can result in unexpected issues or delays. As you know, as in any construction job, there is noise, dust, debris and interruptions of your daily routine. The debris from the work will be cleaned up by the installers upon completion of your job if not on a daily basis.
Team Roofing NW suggests the areas around the roof, windows or siding of your home to be cleared of furniture, blinds and valuables. For roofing and Siding we would like to see a 10-foot area of clearance to safely work. If you have brush or trees leaning against your property for siding, please trim them back so we can work. If we are removing a wood shake roof an acceptable amount of debris is expected to fall into your attic. Any items you are concerned about in your attic or around your home we encourage you to protect them, cover them up or move them from the site when work occurs. Most often re-roofs require the removal of satellite dishes. We suggest you speak to your satellite provider to come out to your home to avoid any interruption of service. Team Roofing NW is not responsible for the readjustment of your satellite dish. With windows, we request a 3-foot clearance and blinds removed and stored, paintings and furniture protected with plastic or other material to prevent dust from settling on them. Unfortunately, if the project area is not cleared, we may need to reschedule our installers to return at a later date. This would cause a delay on your job being completed. Please reference paragraphs 1 and 3 on your agreement for further information.
Team Roofing NW requests that you the homeowner, are at the residence once the job is completed. This helps to eliminate minor issues but ensures that you, our customer, are pleased with the work that has been completed, and all is tidied up around the project before we move onto our next job. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and sign off on the final paperwork and completion form.
Please contact the Administrative Department at 253-277-4643 or 253-686-3988 where Team Roofing NW will do everything possible to resolve any issues and make it right for you, our customer.
Thank you,
Jean Seward-President
